Placing Orders and Contact
B1. Orders are accepted exclusively through the order form available on wi-taj.pl/dostawa.
B2. Contact for orders: biuro@wi-taj.pl or by phone: 579 725 436 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM). Outside these hours: 695 857 379.
B3. For each dish in the form, enter the number of portions you are ordering. Enter "0" or leave the field blank for dishes you do not want. Dish descriptions and prices: wi-taj.pl/menu.
Basic Conditions
B4. We fulfill orders only within Warsaw.
B5. Minimum order value: 500 PLN.
B6. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the planned delivery.
B7. Changes or cancellations are possible until 3:00 PM on the day preceding delivery. After this deadline, the order is binding.
B8. Comments and preferences entered in the form are analyzed upon receipt of the submission. The possibility of fulfillment is confirmed individually upon order acceptance.
Delivery Time Slots
B9. Deliveries are made in one-hour time slots between 12:30 PM and 9:30 PM: 12:30-1:30 PM, 1:30-2:30 PM, 2:30-3:30 PM, 3:30-4:30 PM, 4:30-5:30 PM, 5:30-6:30 PM, 6:30-7:30 PM, 7:30-8:30 PM, 8:30-9:30 PM.
Packaging and Delivery Costs
B10. Dishes are packed in takeout boxes. Packaging costs are charged according to the restaurant's current rates.
B11. Delivery costs will be confirmed after verifying rates with suppliers.
B12. Personal pickup is also possible without delivery costs. We will confirm this option upon order acceptance.
Scope of Delivery and Collection
B13. We deliver to the reception or building entrance. The service does not include carrying to upper floors or setup.
B14. Please provide correct details: address, contact, and the possibility of efficient collection within the selected time slot. If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons on the Client's side, the order may be considered delivered.
Payment and Confirmation
B15. After order confirmation, we will send bank transfer details. We will fulfill the order after full payment is credited at least 24 hours before delivery.
B16. Orders are invoiced based on the data provided in the form.
Quality and Allergens
B17. We recommend immediate collection of the order upon delivery and proper storage to maintain food quality and safety.
B18. Allergen information is available upon request.
GDPR
B19. The data controller for personal data is Klubokawiarnia sp. z o.o., NIP 7010333557. The data provided in the form is processed solely for the purpose of accepting, fulfilling, and settling the order, and for contact regarding it. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for order fulfillment. Rights arising from GDPR apply, including access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and lodging a complaint with the UODO (Polish Data Protection Authority).
Acceptance Clause
B20. By submitting the order form, you confirm that you have read and accept the above rules as the terms for order fulfillment.
