I. General Rules
1. For group reservations of 7 to 30 people, it is necessary to confirm the reservation details.

2. Group reservations (7–30 people) are only possible as part of the group offer (with a group
menu – 160 PLN gross / 1 person). The offer includes a 3-course menu and unlimited water.
Any other dishes and beverages must be ordered additionally from the main menu.
3. For groups up to 12 people, as an alternative – group reservations can be made from the
main menu, provided a minimum spend of 140 PLN gross / 1 person is met. Group reservations on
weekends (from Friday 4:00 PM to Sunday inclusive) are accepted exclusively with the group menu
(160 PLN gross / 1 person). The group offer includes a 3-course menu and unlimited water.
Any other dishes and beverages must be ordered additionally from the main menu.
4. A 10% service charge is added to the bill.
5. Promotions do not apply to group reservations (e.g., 1=2 promotion on Mondays and
Tuesdays).
6. We do not accept group reservations for the lunch offer.
7. A group reservation covers a maximum of 2.5 hours from the agreed start time.
Extension of stay is possible only with the restaurant's consent and depends on table availability.
8. The bill for a group reservation is issued as one common bill. The restaurant
does not split the bill among individual participants.
9. Children under 5 years old are not included in the number of people for a group reservation and are not
charged for the group menu. Children aged 5 and older are treated as full participants in the group
reservation.
II. Group Menu – Content and Rules
10. As part of the group menu, we offer: a selection of appetizers, a choice of main course, a choice of dessert,
and unlimited lemon and mint water. Any other dishes and beverages must be ordered additionally
from the main menu. If a guest declines one of the dishes, it is not possible to substitute it for
other items (e.g., a cocktail instead of dessert).
11. Appetizers within the group menu are a selection for sharing. Appetizers are divided
proportionally to the number of people and served on shared platters. The appetizer selection
includes:
– Nem – fried spring rolls with meat
– Nem Chay – fried spring rolls with mushrooms and vegetables
– Goi Cuon – spring rolls with bacon and shrimp
– Goi Dau – spring rolls with tofu
– Tom Nuong – grilled Black Tiger prawns
12. Main Course – one dish per participant to choose from:
– Pad Thai fried with beef / chicken / tofu
– Yellow curry with beef / chicken / tofu / duck / salmon + rice
– Udon noodles fried with shrimp / beef / chicken / tofu / vegetables
– Beef sirloin in lemongrass sauce + rice
13. Dessert – one dessert per participant to choose from:
– Mango Sticky Rice
– Banana Fritters
14. Allergies, food intolerances, and dietary requirements must be reported at least 2 days
before the reservation to biuro@wi-taj.pl. The restaurant will make efforts to adapt the menu,
but does not guarantee the ability to accommodate all dietary requirements.
III. Payments, Deposit, and Cancellation
15. A deposit of at least 500 PLN (proportionate
to the group size) must be paid up to 5 days before the reservation.
16. The deposit is deducted from the group's final bill. If the bill amount
exceeds the paid deposit, the difference must be settled on site.
17. Group reservation cancellation policy:
a) Cancellation more than 5 days before the reservation: full refund of the deposit.
b) Cancellation 2–5 days before the reservation: the deposit is non-refundable.
c) Cancellation less than 2 days (48 hours) before the reservation or no-show by the group:
a fee of 100% of the order value will be charged (i.e., confirmed number of
people × group menu price).
IV. Confirmation of Number of People and Attendance
18. The final number of participants must be confirmed two days before the reservation. After this date, it is no
longer possible to change the number of people.
19. If fewer guests arrive than confirmed, the bill will be calculated
according to the confirmed number of people. Portions for absent individuals are not packed for takeaway (see
point 20).
20. The group offer is valid for on-site consumption. We do not pack portions for absent individuals for takeaway.
21. In case of a group delay exceeding 30 minutes from the agreed reservation time
without prior contact with the restaurant, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel
the reservation. In such a case, cancellation rules according to point 17c apply.
V. Additional Rules
22. Guests may bring their own alcohol to the restaurant premises after paying a corkage fee.
23. Bringing your own cakes, pastries, cookies, and other food products from outside
is possible only by prior arrangement with the restaurant. A condition for bringing
products is presenting a receipt or invoice confirming their purchase on the day of the reservation.
24. Room decorations may be brought by guests by prior arrangement with the
reservation coordinator. Guests are responsible for removing decorations after the event.

VI. Final Provisions
25. By confirming your desire to make a reservation, you accept the group reservation terms
applicable in our restaurant.
26. The restaurant reserves the right to change the composition of the group menu (e.g., seasonal
availability of ingredients). In such a case, guests will be informed in advance, and
substitutions will be of comparable value.
27. For matters not regulated by these regulations, decisions are made by the reservation coordinator
or restaurant manager.
